Miyashita Sake Brewery is a comprehensive alcoholic beverage manufacturer that manufactures and sells a variety of alcoholic beverages, including sake, beer, shochu, liqueurs, spirits, and whisky.

Sake
The representative brand is Kiwami Hijiri. Received the Gold Award at the National New Sake Awards for nine consecutive years. This is the highest number of awards received in Okayama Prefecture.
Beer
Local Beer Doppo represents our spirit of brewing beer that is independent, unique, and based on our beliefs.
Distilled spirits
They began distilling in 1983. Their lineup includes authentic shochu such as rice shochu Otoko no Kunsho, barley shochu Mugi Jagaa, and Daido Mumon.
Liqueur
