Okayama Distillery
In 2011, they obtained a whiskey manufacturing license and began developing whisky. In 2015, we introduced a pot still, a German-made whiskey pot still, and began full-scale operation as the Okayama Distillery. In 2017, we moved the Okayama Distillery to the side of Sake Kobo Doppokan. Okayama Distillery produces distilled spirits such as Whiskey Okayama and Craft Gin Okayama.
Doppo Beer Korakuen Brewery
In July 1995, we began producing Doppo, the ninth local beer in Japan and the first in the Chugoku region. The name "Doppo" was chosen from among approximately 3,000 applicants, based on the company's commitment to "brewing traditional German-style beer. We will work independently to create beer without the guidance of major beer companies." It was named. Currently, we produce over 15 types of craft beer.

Sake Kiwami Hijiri Brewery
Miyashita Sake Brewery was founded in XNUMX (Taisho XNUMX) by Miyashita Kamezo in Tamano City, Okayama Prefecture. In XNUMX, in search of better water, we moved our brewery to its current location on the banks of Asahigawa, one of Okayama's three major rivers (Nishigawara, Okayama City). Underwater water from Asahigawa is pumped up from XNUMX meters underground and used for brewing. Nearby are Korakuen, one of Japan's three most famous gardens, and the cold springs of Omachi, which has been selected as one of Japan's top XNUMX waters, making the area a very blessed brewing environment.
